I have the Asurion protection plan from my wireless carrier, which made the process both easy and inexpensive (for this issue, a cracked screen on a Samsung S22 Ultra, and the service repair was free w/o any deductable).I highly recommend grabbing the protection plan directly from them, as it will cover all your electronics, making it a great deal.The location itself is slightly out of the way (off Polaris Parkway) but if that's the only complaint, still a 5 star experience.Recommended.”

“Great experience here. Wait time for me was several minutes on a Saturday afternoon before being helped by a Verizon Specialist. No issues. Left with the new phone and the data finished transferring from the old phone to the new phone by the time I arrived home. I did move the pictures off the old phone the day before to speed up the process. Spacious store with many phones on display. And the store even has restrooms.”
