He replaced my screen protector for me and did a good job of it.I gave 4 out of 5 stars for my review rating of this store, because the selection of colors and styles of phone cases for my type of phone was a bit limited.I would highly recommend this place.”

“My sons phone was broken by apple while fixing the problem we originally went in for. They informed us at 7:50 we had to run up to T-mobile to get service on the new one. They close at 8. We walked in and worked with Matthew. Not only did he happily do this for us. He put on a screen protector for me. He was kind, he stayed late & was very awesome. They've earned my business.”
“I Came in to the apple store because my phone wouldn’t charge or connect to my computer for a couple weeks.. i tried cleaning it out several times and every thing… i came in got, an appointment and 30 seconds later Mr.Chris came, heard my concern and assured me it was just dust and he’d have out in minutes.. 2 mins later thats what happened … he also gave me this to show me (see picture) how much i missed when i tried… Thank you very much Apple .. “Helpful and knowledgeable, unlike dealing with customer service by phone. That's a Total nightmare, being switched to numerous reps who eventually fail to correctly convey down the chain the info requested by the customer. In my case it took 4 service technicians over a 2 day period to deliver a portion of what my wife requested, through no fault of the tech. Failure to communicate!!!”
