When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred. I been to cellairis phone repaier store in Polaris mall to get my phone fixed, I asked the guy who is working there his name is Henry I asked him for my broken phone, he told me the cheapest price for my i7 plus and told me come back after 20mins so when got back he showed me my phone first I didn't recognize my phone it was like brand new, it was working great and still working, he also gave me 50% off for other purchases.
