Absolutely love this apartment complex! Would 100% recommend! Staff is very professional and helpfull. Jim is extremely fast about seeing to any maintenance work and supplies top quality results. Alex is extremely helpful on answering any questions and makes everyone feel welcomed to the community.

I would suggest this apartment complex to any of my family and friends. !l moved in almost two months ago and I love it! The convenience the people the front office! Everything!! Alex was the greatest! He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease taking this next step of getting my own place. If anyone is looking for an apartment give Alex a call!

Absolutely amazing apartment complex! Lived here for 8 years and feels so much like home!! Maintenance is awesome and so quick! Jim is the best and so friendly and respectful of my apartment when entering. Alex the leasing agent is so responsive to emails and always has a smile on his face when entering the office. Would 100% recommend!

UPDATE: They have now turned off our internet before our move out date(on Christmas Day), and I'm locked out of the resident portal; that let's me see my account.We notified LC Sunbury Apartments that my husband's work was transferring him to NC at the end of Dec. We gave 60 days' notice, and we had been told previously by a different manager Nicole that if this happened we would not be held to our lease. This new manager informed me not only do we have to pay until the end of the lease (March 8), but they can still rent it. Over the last few years prices have gone up, and services have gone down. There is dog poo everywhere, and the trash service is inconsistent. The remodeled apartment was done poorly. They have lost our rent several times.

Solely due to what they did to April, I am so disgusted. This family really could use a kind response, even truthful! AND they are double dipping by collecting their last two months; renters beware, the actual turn around time is about 1 week at the most! Shame on you, LC Properties for this dirty deed.I am so lucky to have found a private Land owner to rent from after 13 months of treatment. Beware friends, ALWAYS get every word in writing and signed on their company letterhead, this is way too typical.Over a 1.5 years ago I was evicted from another PMC as the manager refused to accept 3 months Advance paid rent from the United Way of Delawre County when I was diagnosed with Cancer. He claimed, I don't do charity, and have many residents waiting to rent here. Provenance at Polaris, Lewis Center. Provenance of Hell! I'm so happy to be out of there. I had a note on my doorknob upon returning from Radiation and Chemo, to vacate in 10 days, or the Sheriff would be summoned to remove me. So professional.. Sold every bit of my furniture and my brother flew from WI to drive me to live in his house to finish treatment.....That was with my Oncologist's letter to him. You hateful companies.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Rarely answer the phone. I was denied, and was told that I would get my refund in 30-60 days. It has been over 90 days at this. I would not recommend this company until they fire their leasing office staff. I will be contacting corporate and my attorney. Spoke with Nickol 2 days ago and she said she would go pick up my check personally, then didn’t do it. She flat out lied and then got defensive when I pointed it out. I left 3 or 4 messages requesting her boss’ contact info and have yet to receive it. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. Wish I would have read the reviews before giving them any money. Nicole said 2 days ago, after she lied and told me she would go pick it up personally, that they put it in the mail and that I would have it yesterday or today FOR SURE. Guess what? Didn’t come yesterday or today! Go figure. More lies, more runaround. I don’t know her personally, so I can’t really speak to her character as a whole, but in my personal experience, Nickol has been incompetent and dishonest and I would be ashamed to have her continue to work for me.

This is one of the worst places to live I was wrongfully evicted because the neighbors below me said I was making to much noise and when you walk across the floor in my apartment it makes noise what do they want me to do stay in bed 24/7 not eat not go to the bathroom because my floor makes noise I'm disabled and can't stay in bed all the time I have to move around and maintenance was notified but did nothing about it nor did they do anything about the soft spot in my kitchen but yet they write me up and evict me but when I complain about the neighbor below us slamming her door so hard it wakes me up or it rattles my walls they don't do anything about that no write ups no eviction nothing I'm not happy with lc I've seen dog pounds better than this place corporate really needs to do something about this place and they also need to look into the people who work in the office cause they are rude to people not good business ethics

The apartments are nice and spacious. My roommate and I love that we have an attached garage for our 2 bedroom apartment. BUT each building has 6 apartments and the walls are very thin. I had problems with my neighbors and their noise levels for months, and one neighbor even spit at me when we discussed the problem. The neighbors on each side of our apartment were some of the most inconsiderate people i’ve ever met in my life. One neighbor was aggressive and violent (screaming at his kids, slamming doors, spitting at me), and the other neighbor is older apparently needs hearing aids with how loud his TV is at night and how loud his radio is in the mornings. I recently moved out of college dorms, and living here has been much worse than living with many young adults. The noise here never stops.
