So frustrating. They never seem to have my sons medication even though it’s the same thing needed literally at the same time every month. You’d think with auto refill they would then have it exactly when needed. There’s a huge flaw in the system. This is not a one time thing but has now happened consistently for the last 6 months.

Pharmacist are too busy apparently answer your question when you call in. They just put you on hold. When it rings back they do it again and again until you hang up. Guess I need to switch to a pharmacy that can actually help you so you make sure you don't mix meds that maybe you shouldn't??♀️

Stopped in to pick up meds and they weren't in stock, but they called around until they found them for me and called to confirm so I can pick up! Very happy with this!

Staff is incredibly rude and unwilling to help. Would not look up my insurance to have it added to my account. Then , i had to go back a second time because my prescription wasn’t done and they were still unwilling to look up my insurance information. Took 5 days to get my prescription with no explanation.My advice is don’t work in a pharmacy if you have zero petiole skills. Taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely THE WORST pharmacy. I now have to make sure I call DAYS ahead of time to have a prescription ready even though they tell me when it'll be ready by, it never is. I was late on my birth control bc they're systems were down a whole day one month. Each time I come here, it's something. Now, they no longer honor good rx coupons. Something I heavily rely on. Forget this place. Worst place to have something filled.

I have work in a pharmacy before and it isn’t easy. Customer service is very hard and you have to be polite and compassionate when others are yelling and cussing at you. Thank you for what you do!

I have had some terrible experiences at this pharmacy lately. From having antibiotics called in by the doctor and the pharmacy just doesn’t fill it. When I called, we were told it would be 5 days. I mean do they get no training at all? You can’t wait 5 days for that. There should have been a call made to us. I’ve also been the victim of the long drive thru waits. However, today Jake was amazing. He was fast and efficient!!! Great addition! I would give him 5 stars. I just can’t bring myself to give the pharmacy as a whole the 5 because I just don’t believe it will be good next time.
