Fair selection of beer and wine, but the staff is horrible. The woman behind the counter cannot seem to figure out how to print off lottery tickets without trying to upsell or add more tickets. She is pushy, assumes too much, not customer service oriented, and seems to be in a hurry all the time even when no one is there. Beware, she will pull the "happy accident" crap. "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you wanted...Would you like to get more tickets?" The rest of the staff is not much better. Buy lottery tickets somewhere else.

Shovel the sidewalk, no place to walk safely. Inside floor mat is a safety hazard. Somebody will fall and get hurt, 100% your fault !!

They gave my husband a counterfeit $10 bill. When he went to Kroger right after the Hub, they told him it was fake after the U-scan wouldn't accept it. He brought it back to the Hub where the owner refused to give him a different bill. So my husband left the fake $10 bill with the manager and was never refunded, hence they stole $10 from us. I guess lunch was on us that day.

If you paid with a credit card neve leave this place without keeping your receipt. My 18 year old son received a notice from his bank of a charge for over $80 from the Hub. He disputed the charge with his bank because there is no way he could have spent that much at the Hub. He can't buy beer or cigarettes at 18 and he doesn't play the lottery so now we are talking $80 on pop and snacks? The Hub told our bank they had a receipt but then refused to produce the receipt when asked. My son tried to dispute the charge one more time but the Hub again pushed the issue with the bank. My son said they must need the money more than I do and dropped the matter. Now none of us shop at the Hub.

I've lived in Sunbury since 1972 and shopped at The Hub for the last 20 years. I called this morning to see if I could get my lottery tickes at the drive thru window because of the social distancing. I was told NO that I had to come inside. Time to find a new place to buy my tickets and beer.

The worst customer service by Mandy at the drive thru. I love supporting locally but every time I come and Mandy is working she is so unfriendly and acts like I am interrupting her day. Imagine if she was friendly and I would continue to come in and spend my hard earned money. And hey hand me what I bought thru the window instead of making me getting out of my truck. Drive thru??????????

They're very nice n if they don't have something u are looking for they are willing to order it to have it there. And coffee size for $1 that is much more anywhere else.

Offers a really great beer selection and all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I drive 20 minutes to buy my beer here as they carry hard to find and specialty brands. If you can't make it to Columbus but want some great craft beers this is the place to check out. It also offers carryout and drive thru service and is very reasonably priced for their selection.

Went to the drive-thru on 11/17/2013 to purchase the brand and package quantity that I normally drink and had purchased there in the past only to discover that the package quantity was not available at that time. Then went to the nearby UDF and purchased the desired product in the desired size for $2.00 less than the Hub price. Needless to say, the Hub has lost a customer due to product availability and price gouging!!!!
