My low fade isn’t low, or even, or anything I would consider a good hair cut. As the cut went on, the higher the zero became. Save your time, hair, and money and just go to a barber shop. This place can’t cut men’s hair.

Cierra is amazing. She listens. Knows what I want and what I am thinking when it comes to my style. I know everyone there is talented and does amazing work. But coming to see Cierra when I need a self-care boost, is worth any wait. The wait there is never long! If any! Thank you for everything! You are talented and so very sweet! I have already told so many friends/coworkers about you!

Checked in online, came in when the text came to say in, I was #1 on the list but then two people who had walked in previously and weren’t even on the list got served. If it’s first come, first serve and everyone goes through the list that’s one process. Taking walk-ins before those who join the list online only punishes your loyal customers who check-in online.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager gave my husband a cut which was totally rushed and she even missed hairs around the ears. When we went back to get it fixed she was so mad we didnt want her fixing it she THREW his tip back at him. When I asked for a manager I was absolutely shocked when she said it was her! I reached out to corporate who got ahold of the ower who said that this wasnt the first time she had done something like this!! My husband had been going there for a while and had a lady who would usually give him a cut, he had gotten her number before this incident and she wasnt there this particular day. After this incident he would call her to make sure she was there and to also arrange a time to come in where the “manager” wasnt there. They even added each other on Facebook and she had come to the house to give him a cut a time or two. After a while she suddenly stopped answering his calls, messages, ect. So we called to she why and she said he was stalking her and he wasnt allowed back up there. I dont know how texting to see if he can get a haircut is stalking but thats funny. Everyone in this establishment is rude and unprofessional!
