7332 E, 7332 OH-37, Sunbury“Do not EVER BUY ANY GENERAL MERCHANDISE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I was camping in this general vicinity and picked up something in my tire . I desperately needed a quick fix, the time was around midnight and I was supposed to report to work the next morning. I stopped here and purchased a can of fix a flat $17 . 11 after tax , first red flag the clerk didn't offer a receipt, but I thought name brand product should work fine . I followed the instructions to the tee on the can and only maybe 1/8 of the can expelled into the tire . So praying that was enough to stop or atleast slow the leak I aired my tire up and went back to camp . Woke up the next morning and BAM! FLAT TIRE, I tried the can again to no avail, had to be a defect in the product , actually the biggest defect is in shells gm policies!!! anyways I aired up my tire went to the SPEEDWAY ON COLUMBUS PIKE( 23) . the folks there are awesome! The kind lady there told me if they're product doesn't work they'll refund it or replace it . that can worked flawlessly no issues. I forgot to mention I now also had an angry Boss because I volunteered to work memorial day and now couldn't seeing as how they understandably couldn't wait on me . ...
My next trip was BK to shell , I go into the store defective can of fix a flat in hand , no receipt but I did have where the transaction was made on my app to my bank card .they refused to refund my money , I asked for the manager (Robert) he refused to give his last name. He told me they don't offer receipts, I said why so that you can set people up for no refunds or what ?? He then tells me it's against corporate policies to refund any General Merchandise, so I blatantly and loudly announced that to all the customers in the store basically told the manager what I thought of his policies because I know he could have done something, he could have refunded me my money by some means..
As if the dude actually follows every single policy to begin with ..
I told him that I was going to put this on blast and here it is...... I will find a way to share my experience on Facebook on YouTube and every platform that I'm associated with...... I do not have $17 to throw to the wind .. and then to be treated like well you just got robbed and there's nothing you can do about it...... Don't waste your time their folks go to speedway on Columbus Pike and they will take care of you..... This place not so much”

In a world where most employees make you feel like you're bothering them just to do business, she was stand out friendly but not in a "It's my job to be" kind of way. I don't usually do reviews. It just stuck with me. Kudos to her for working with the public and staying friendly. Wish I'd have caught her name to give a proper shout out.”
