Have always had good service here. Brandon did a great job talking about the products (washer and dryer in this case). Always like it when the salesman believes in it enough to show you pictures of the (same ones) he bought.

Go see Ricardo at Big Sandy Polaris. He and Chris are the master Jedi of appliances. They gave me the best deal on my appliances and beat everyone around. Chris was wonderful as he had contacts all over to get any questions answered.

Katlin was SUPER helpful! She provided the perfect amount of support and help without being the least bit overbearing. She even told us about and got us entered into a contest where I won a $100 gift card! The store was immaculately clean. Ordering and getting financing was super easy and painless. I WILL be back!

What a delightful experience to walk into Big Sandy, to meet a pleasant consultant who listened to my hard-luck story from a competitor. I described what I wanted, she led me to it, and I purchased exactly what I was prepared to buy, No drama, no excuses, no bad-mouthing delivery, no pressure to search farther,. Rep was clear concise and helpful. Worked out veteran discount. Great visit and a great fridge for a great price. Now we will see if the delivery is the same, as most of the complaints I've read are about the delivery process.
