To the contrary the staff was very professional, welcoming and ready to answer any questions.

Very rude and In untrained front desk help. They did not know how to process my return. The manager tried to help and she didn't know either and she kept calling me dude even after I told her not to just to spite me. I asked for her name and she put her hand over the name tag because she knew she was in the wrong and didn't want me to turn her in, her helper had no idea what was going on. This is the first 1 star review I have posted.

Horrendous customer service. Pharmacists and technicians at this location need some customer service training asap. If you visit this sunbury Ohio location- don’t expect anything except bare minimum.

I have been a customer of the CVS for very long time and have seen employees come and go. Currently there are two employees that are very well the most part. I will say though this CVS is the worst about dates. They keep changing dates when a prescription can be filled and not filled. It never get a straight answer. I would also say that their customer service is very poor and needs to be approved

If it was possible to give zero stars for the pharmacy I would. Pharmacist is extremely rude, lacked empathy, and out right denied my RX even though this was called in by a doctor. Hopefully what I have doesn’t get worse because it will be this pharmacists fault single handedly. This pharmacist is the reason I will never be back.

My son had oral surgery today and while they were able to fill 3 of his prescriptions they did not have his pain medication in stock. This is not the first time this has happened. He has had to wait for refills because med had to be ordered from wherever they get them from. If you're lucky they might have it the next day .

So took my kid to the doctors has bronchitis doctor called the prescriptions in, middle of making dinner got a call from CVS saying my prescriptions are ready I love 15 min away drove down CVS employees says they aren't even started and have to wait 30 minutes at least after I got a call saying the prescriptions ready kinda hard to get a sick kid ready to leave and have to wait more time after being called they are ready I'm going to Kroger pharmacy my parents never have a problem with them CVS you've had lots of problems this is the last straw you say you are short staff and I see 8 employees in the back the most I have ever seen at any pharmacy anywhere

The store itself is nice and well organized, clean and well stocked . Pharmacy staff is rude and condensending. Maybe you're busy, maybe youre frustrated , even over worked. We all are. Interrupting someone and then hanging up on them without saying good bye is pretty rude, and isn't best practice is it ?

2nd time I've been here and they weren't able to fill my scripts. 1st time they closed the pharmacy middle of the day during posted opening hours. This time, it was 10 min from closing. One person was waiting for his scripts. I hope they're not late for dinner.They're weren't friendly about it either. I won't botherthem again.
