I took my three kids here today. My hope was to get them shoes from clearance (which were buy two, get two free). The staff were incredibly helpful in finding us clearance-priced shoes in my kids sizes. We had four or five staff going to check the back room in the time we were there. I really couldn’t have had a better customer service experience!

They have own rules. Can’t even get size changed. Never heard in a crocs store anywhere

I had purchased a pair of sandals as a gift at the Polaris store on Sunday. The. Found out the person needed a different size. I had returned those and was given a card card. The Polaris store did not have a size 10 but the tanger location did. I had called them and explained the situation so they set the shoes aside and I was there within 15 min. At the checkout they charged $10 more. I had the receipt from Polaris and they would not match the price. I had to pay the difference and no effort was made to honor the rate. I was not happy with the service provided nor did I understand why the exact style of shoe was more money at this location!

First time in a crocs store…. Was not disappointed! Everyone was so helpful and especially Nikki! They helped me find my right size and was so sweet to me when checking out ! Will come again
