I've been gone for 2 years and they tried to play me and take me to court for eviction because my ex wife stayed and didnt pay. Also tried to put me included in the eviction knowing I wasn't living there and then added 8700 to my credit even after the courts ruled me not financially responsible because my name wasnt on the lease. Shady people for sure.

Creekside village was a terrible place to live, they never have anyone in office and if they do you have to catch them at the right time in order to talk to them, my roommate and I told them we didn’t want to renew our lease and they told us to go into the office and grab a paper saying we didn’t want to renew and then give it back to them I personally could not turn in the paper because no one was ever in office and they then told me they needed it 30 days in advanced and still have it to this day, and we moved out beginning of December. I would personally give it 0 stars if I could.

Good place to live, a bit pricey. The down side is my neighbor. He leaves garbage and used food containers outside his door, and frequently parks across 2 parking spaces. I'm concerned his garbage will draw cockroaches and other vermin.

This is a great, quiet, and safe place to live.My apartment home has All the amenities that I had on my "have to have" list and then some. I'm very happy here, and I'm positive that you would be just as happy and content living here. You must come and tour Creekside Village Apartments!!Creekside Village Apartments has a great, helpful, and polite staff as well.

I could give this place zero stars I would. I had a corporate Apartment here for 10 years for my employees. Never had issues over the past 10 years until now they refused to sign a lease and won’t give me an answer as of why. Very rude corporate office manager they can’t seem to keep employees and now I know why. If your race consists of not white I would highly recommend to go somewhere else as they are very racist. Stay away from this apartment complex in Sunbury Ohio.

Management is just as terrible as the maintenance. I moved in on July 2nd and walked into a nightmare. Couldn’t report anything until July 7th. And I am STILL waiting for my apartment to be fixed. The manager is terrible at getting things done, and keeping in contact. I haven’t been able to hook up my dryer because the wall is all messed up from where someone clearly just ripped their vent out. I still have a leaking sink. Terrible place. Once the lease is up I will not be signing another. I am currently already looking for new places. A homeless shelter would’ve been much better option then this place at this point. I don’t recommend living here. The rent is way too high priced for these run down places.

Ken the maintenance guy is awesome. He's fixed multiple problems in literal minutes. Dustin has also been very competent when I can catch him, (office hours are unpredictable). Dealing with competent people is a complete joy to me and those two have made my day on multiple occasions.
