Always been a good place to live, but they have raised the rent way too much.

Good place to live, a bit pricey. The down side is my neighbor. He leaves garbage and used food containers outside his door, and frequently parks across 2 parking spaces. I'm concerned his garbage will draw cockroaches and other vermin.
