“The staff at BWA were beyond accommodating for me tonight. We’ve always been so happy with service & product, but tonight was over the top. I called on my way home from work to verify closing time. When I told Mike I’d be running close, he assured me that he’d be there if I was close, and sure enough…he was, and was so gracious to let me shop un-rushed and even added to a shirt for me. I felt so thankful for this service, and the kids loved their new shirts. Keep up the great job, BWA, and thank you for what you do in our community!!!”
“I went to the Polaris Hot Topic the day before I came to this location and I was surprised at how much more variety they had here. They had more bags, plushies, jewelry, band shirts, anime shirts, just more variety of everything! The staff was friendly and told us about the sales when we came in. I always love checking out Hot Topic whenever I visit a mall. This was definitely one of the best locations.”
“Great prices and deals on the apparel at this outlet store, especially compared to the other stores that hike up the prices compared to their normal locations then put a “sale” on the items.Not only did I save money but I lost my keys and was scrambling at closing time through several stores I was in to find them. The closing staff on 2/27 found my coat and found my gf to let me know they found my coat with my keys. Then another closing staff stuck around a couple minutes to give it to me. Thank you guys so much”

Had a random question that I didn’t know if they could answer, but they did and they did it so well! “I've always received great customer service at this location. I just have to say on November 16th(around 4pm) a young man went out of his way to help me and I did thank him many times. “Love this store! It's so much different from the Aeropostale that was around years ago, but we were able to find some clothes for me pre-teen daughter and teenage step-daughter. There were many styles to choose from. From tanks and shorts to matching sweat suits and a ton of tanks, camis, tees, and cropped tops on sale! There weren't many jean options to select from but it is still summer!”
“This store made my weekend! Associates were very nice and welcoming and let me tell you- If you like pastel colorful cheery make you feel like sunshine items then you will love this store! Everywhere I turned there was something I wanted! I live 1.5 hours away but I want to go back today! I purchased 5 pairs of shorts and 1 ruffle skirt. Everything is so comfy and cute- I felt like a shabby chic simply southern princess! I kind of want to redo my whole wardrobe- do you think fiancé will be down for another road trip? ;) but seriously- this store had everything, from clothing, to water bottles, coolers, Fanny packs, pouches, stationery, car accessories. I think I need to return next weekend.”
“Taylor helped me and my friend piece together his first suit and matching dress shirt. She spent extra time locating the proper color (to later have sent to his home) and proper size for each article of clothing. Additionally, she made certain all of the sale prices were being applied. ABSOLUTELY recommend this store and Taylor!! (Taylor helped my friend save more than $200.)”

“I had THE BEST experience at this North Face location. Aaron (one of the managers) Belle and Cale really worked together to get me the deal of a lifetime I walked In for a coat and was about to pay 200 for it when they guided me around the store to get more stuff for a better discount. Dude, I got 7 things for 150 dollars!!!!! Kid you not. I almost walked out with a coat but instead got some stuff for my niece too and she loved it. God bless you three. I really appreciate you all. That honestly made my weekend.”
“My fourth stop on my shopping trip at Tanger Outlets was the Levi Outlet Store. My brother needed new jeans badly and we hoped to snag some for him at good prices. There certainly were some great deals here, and if I needed jeans, I certainly would have bought some for me.Sadly, they did not have any jeans at my brothers size. That's a bummer, wish they would have clothes for larger guys, but sadly they didn't.Still, I would make the trip again if I lived in the area to get the prices they had here for Levi Jeans.”
“I went here to see if I could find a specific type of shirt, I looked around for a minute, and then Issac assisted me. He was great he found what I was looking for right away, however, not in my size for the color I wanted. He also made a compliment. Great customer service. I went to the fitting room to try it, and another on and wow, the fitting room was a disaster. See in the pic attached. Not only was it a mess, I sat down for a second to respond to an email, and the lights went off on me as they were motion sensors I figured out. Suggestion maybe make them a little longer. “Large Calvin Klein store, great selection, really good quality products. The prices aren’t that great in my option, not for an outlet mall. They do have a decent sized wall of markdowns that are usually pretty good sales. But other than that I’ve never found any deals that have wowed me.”
“This is where I go since the Banana Republic in the Polaris mall closed. Sometimes you’ll have an off trip but usually they have amazing sales. I was in recently and everything was 50% off. The shirt I got ended up being 60% off and I didn’t know it until I checked out. The changing rooms are clean and there is always an attendant.”
“Friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Very clean and neat store. You can tell this is a very well managed store. I didn’t have to wait around at all to be helped!”

“I had a great experience getting a suit here. They had very nice inventory and the staff were great. Tim helped fit me and then helped me pick out a nice suit for a great price. When I encountered some difficulty with the order a couple days later, I called in and they were able to help me everything worked out. Will definitely come back for more dress clothes.”
