I had a great experience getting a suit here. They had very nice inventory and the staff were great. Tim helped fit me and then helped me pick out a nice suit for a great price. When I encountered some difficulty with the order a couple days later, I called in and they were able to help me everything worked out. Will definitely come back for more dress clothes.

The employees here are great and go way above and beyond what is expected. Came in to get fitted and not only got fitted for a suit but learned about how to take care of them and the history and tailors stitches. Was a great experience

I’ve heard that Brooks Brothers Factory Stores don’t stock the same quality as the regular stores. I’ve heard their inventory is made specifically for the outlet using cheaper materials. This store feels pretty much like the one in the Polaris mall to me. The sales clerk was kind and looked very classy. I’m curious, I wish I had asked if they have a tailor in store.

My second stop on my shopping trip at Tanger Outlets was a Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet. I have been a loyal customer of Brooks Brothers since a few years ago, when I stopped at one of their stores inside the Jacksonville, Florida airport. I was in the process of moving, most of my clothes in boxes and I was told to go on a business trip last minute. Thankfully that Brooks Brother's Store saved me. The service was excellent and the clothes are good quality. I have since made more purchases from Brooks Brothers.As such, I have high expectations which this store met and exceeded. The service i received was exactly what every customer should have. The store employees were courteous and helpful, they made the shopping experience as easy as possible. Also I found amazing deals here. I bought polos, shirts and shorts that I need for an upcoming trip I am making in May. It was an excellent experience! If you are shopping ay Tanger Outlets or are in the area and need great clothes at great prices, check this place out!

Wes at Tanger Outlets in Sunbury is very good at what he does. Greeted us as we walked in and within 15 minutes had a full suit, 2 shirts and 2 ties. I’m a bigger guy too, so that’s not an easy assignment. Awesome experience. Thank you, Wes!

I will say Brooks Brothers is not what it used to be. However, they still carry quality clothing for men. It used to be a place I would go to and they had all kind of gadgets and all kind of little fun things as well. Now I've never bought any of them just to be clear. But it was fun to stop in and play with them and sitting all the chairs and do all the fun stuff. Maybe that's why they got rid of it. But the suits and everything they're okay. But nowadays with the online things you can buy and customization online and it's cheaper. I should say more cost-effective same quality but it's more cost-effective which brothers doesn't hold the same as it used to 10 years ago. However, I still stop in from time to time just to see if they have any sales or anything worth purchasing sometimes. I miss you know dealing with a sales person and them measuring you for your suits and insurance and all that. But after a certain age you already know what size you are. You know what your sleeves need to be and you can go online and purchase but at times you do miss the customer service aspect of it. With that said, Brooks Brothers is okay but it's just not the same because of online stores
