Recently picked up a 2011 c300 and it was suffering from bad transfer case bearings and the car was surging real bad under light throttle, Dean knew exactly what the issue was and without hesitation got a new transmission ordered, dropped the car off and it was done in only a few days! This is NOT an easy job, his experience on these cars really showed. Got my car back and it drives brand new, couldnt be more satisfied. I would recommend Dean to anyone looking for work done on their Benz!!

Exceptional experience - on schedule, on budget, highly experienced service at 1/3 to 1/2 the price you will likely pay at an MB dealership. If you own a Benz and live north of 270, this is the place for you and your car. One of the best automotive maintenance experiences I’ve had in a good long while. Very highly recommended!

Customer service and work is top notch !! Cost for work performed is beyond fair. BNZ even took the time to reach out to me to make me aware that a part and service I had done months ago was now under recall. They sent everything I needed to Mercedes, who in return reimbursed me !! I Highly recommend them.

Germain Mercedes at Easton Mall in Columbus, Ohio, wrote up $8,000 of recommended repairs, including brake line replacement and other brake-related work estimated at $5,000. I wanted a second opinion and got Dean Ray's name from a auto body repair shop owner. Dean looked over Germain's estimate, and looked over my 2005 Mercedes Benz E320, and concluded that I did not need any of the brake-related repairs recommended by Germain. Dean noticed that someone (likely a prior mechanic my family had gone to in a different city) had loosened the brake relay connections under the hood, so he tightened them up and told me that he believed this would correct the problem and did not charge me anything for it. Two years later, and I have not had any brake-related problems. So, Dean essentially save me $5,000. I asked Dean if he did recommend any routine maintenance, and he said the cabin/air filter probably needed to be replaced, so I had him do it since I was there in his shop, and he had the replacement filters in stock. Even this routine maintenance work would have been more expensive at the dealer. I would highly recommend BNZ Automotive (Dean Ray's company) for any Mercedes Benz repairs or service.

I found Dean on the internet and reached out to him for a quote on a new acuator. He was very responsive, priced very well and does a quality job. I plan on taking my GLK to his shop whenever I need assistance.
