That's not how they operate. The Ruark Owners operate with integrity always in mind. The fact they have been around in the community for decades to help many people. “Well worth the wait! As usual, Columbus is always backed up with scheduling repairs. We waited 4 months to get my wrangler repaired, needed repainted, things replaced, etc. He went above and beyond and was very great at updating me during the whole process when things needed to be readjusted with time and products. I highly recommend him! While I hope to not have anymore issues in the future with my jeep, If I do, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful experience and timely fix on my jeep! Highly recommend!!”
“Corey and the whole team were great to work with. Corey quickly diagnosed an issue in fueling before tuning my K20z3 swapped Mini. Then got to work on the tune and the car has been running flawlessly on the street and track. The dyno graph was flat and the VTEC transition is perfect. This car sees a lot of laps on the road course and is driven HARD, and zero issues with the motor. I can't tank Corey and the team enough. I'll be back in the spring for him to tune my ITB's.”

“Been going to Wilson RV for almost 20 years. You can get cheaper, but you can't get better, they do it right. They have taken care of 3 motorhomes for us - awnings replaced, interior cosmetic work, Satellite dishes, bearings changed, electrical issues, Oil Changes on my Cummins 5.9 & 6.7's, AC's replaced, Water Heaters replaced and even fixing factory plumbing (low hot water pressure) issues.”
“Got a flat tire on the road in Sunbury, OH. It just happened to be a 7 minute drive to Jim's Auto Center. We were able to break out the portable air pump and inflate it just enough to make it here. The mechanics had it fixed in less than 12mins. Less than $40. This is the fastest service I've ever had in my life!! Amazing customer service. SAM is the man!”
“This place has become my favorite tire place after my regular mechanic suggested them. Service is always quick and friendly, prices are good, and it's super-easy to get an appointment. Waiting room is dated but I haven't waited there long enough for it to matter. Highly suggest this place if you need tire work done!”

“I recently brought my Toro zero-turn in for a long overdue service. Even though it seemed like they had-it forever, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The $400 I spent on service was money well spent, considering a new zero turn would have been $3k to $4k. Thanks again guys, and cleaning it up was a nice touch!!!”
“Dave, Steve and the rest of the team at NorthStar are amazing. They are kind, understanding, flexible and do solid work. We had new tires, an alignment and had a right wheel bearing replaced on our 2017 Volvo S60 and an alignment, oil change and break check on our 2017 Mercedes GLE 350. We will continue to take our vehicles to them and recommend everyone do the same! Great folks.”
“I was on my way home and realized I was leaking oil. Service was such a savior. Helped me out, got me oil, and sent me on my way with a gracious thank you for my service. If I was ever in the area and needed service, I would gladly go to them. They had a very small selection for parts, though. Everything I wanted or needed, they didn't have, and I had to special order it. Massive selection of bikes for such a small place. Not much of a selection for accessories, biker gear, etc. I noticed all the helmets were small. I'm an XL. No one asked me if I needed help or wanted to look at anything, so I left.”
“Rich’s Auto Care recently serviced my F-150 and Lincoln MKX. I had additional work done on the F150 that was more complex involving the transmission. All work was done in a professional and timely manner. Bret and Erin are always courteous, knowledgeable and great communicators.
