They've always been very courteous and professional in all these years.
I have purchased a lot of gold and silver and platinum from them and I have sold a lot of silver to them, and they have always sold for a very good price and they have always given me a very good offer on my metals actually a few times they've given me quite a bit more than I was expecting.
Even when the market has been seriously against them they have still offered me more than I would have expected.
I've been going there for so many decades now and had a wonderful experience every single time that I would seriously question the negative reviews in here, personally.

“My better half and I visited this quaint little antique shop that is absolutely stuffed full of all kinds of cool oldies but goodies. We now have a very nice butter dish that matches my wife's kitchen perfectly, Spiderman 1,2&3 DVDs, a skeleton key and a jar of local made strawberry rhubarb jam! All for a $20 bill! Love places like this! I wish I'd have taken some pictures!”
