When I needed an appointment asap, they were right there to help. They give a very thorough inspection of your vehicle, including pictures, and have very prompt service. I highly recommend Sun Valley Auto Repair.

This business has impeccable customer service. They kept me informed throughout the entire process of my vehicles repair. Even to the extent of texting me photo evidence of the needed repairs. The amount they quoted me was much higher than what I actually paid because they found a cheaper price. They could have done the greedy thing and charged me the larger amount but they were honest. When I picked my car up there was even a bottle of water with a note attached and a lemonade packet. What a cute customer service gesture on a hot day! I'd give them six stars if I could.

Clear, prompt communication though informative text/web link (see photo) made it easier to know exactly where the concerns were and how to prioritize them. Loaner vehicle made the whole experience doable. Less expensive and more quickly done than estimate. I've been to a lot of service centers and shops, I'm glad to know I don't need to find another again, ever.

Thank you guys at Sun Valley Repair. My van lost all it's oil due to a faulty oring and these guys were able to get me in quickly and replace the part and did a quick diagnostic test to be sure engine was not damaged. Made it back home to Cleveland without any issues. Brian and Brandon, thank you for your quick, polite, and professional service. I highly recommend Sun Valley for any of your automotive needs.
