Could be cleaner if everyone cleaned after themselves, and it would be helpful if the machines were able to take cars, or have an ATM at the location. I don't always carry cash/coins.

It's a nice place to go do laundry, pretty convenient too, it has a gas station, a mini market, a car wash, if only they can clean and maintain the place better, but overall I'd come back.

Clean laundromat with lots of washers and dryers. I was there before noon. Not busy and I got in and out quickly.

Another edit: Finally got $50 for at least 2 of the brand new blankets ruined. I had to text multiple times and call to get a response. They also tried to convince me it was user error. (I left with wet blankets after I realized they were just melting and burning). The lady also told me that in the future doing my laundry there would be at my own risk. I don't plan on ever going back. Like I said originally.. go to the one in Millersburg. It is much much better.
Edit: I found the number for the owner and he is going to test the dryer for a malfunction and told me he would compensate me for the blankets.
I washed some blankets here and the dryers melted and burned every single one. I am now going to have to replace 6 blankets because I chose to try to save some time by washing them all at once at this awful laundry mat. I will never come here again. Next time I will make the drive and go to the NICE laundry mat in Millersburg and I suggest everyone do the same. What a complete rip off.

The place needs a thorough cleaning. There was trash and debris all over the floor. The place looks like the floors hadn't been swept in a couple months. We had to run the clothes through 2 washes to get them clean. Another customer that was in there at the same time was having problems with the washing machine he was using not spinning the clothes to get the water out.

Pretty darned clean. If a washer goes down, it seems to be repaired fairly quickly. I like how many larger load washers they have. Go to the gas station, buy a Pizza, and enjoy a book from the mini library while waiting.

Came to this laundromat in Sugarcreek thinking it would be clean, quaint and well maintained. It’s filthy, multiple out of order washers and dryers. Change machine out of quarters and laundry supply vending machines that take your money but not dispense any products. Horrible experience and we’ll not be back

Clean, but many of the washers and dryers were out of order. The older ones were a bit hit and miss. Looks like someone is trying to upgrade it, though. It's cleaner and feels safer than the last time.
