I love getting good quality meat here! Only place I get my beef, and best steaks and bacon around. Bonus - you can get Whit's frozen custard here.

Terrible customer service. Just another "local's only" mentality with mediocre products [at best]. I thought maybe it was because it was close to closing time but after some lady they knew walked in it was "all hands on deck" for service with a smile

As a producer and retailer of Beef and Pork, we have been working with Sugar Valley Meats for over 2 years and have experienced the absolute best service and cuts from them, bar none. I have not once...not one time, experienced a problem with our returned meats. It is a 2+ hour drive from our facility to theirs but it is well worth it. We have only one processor for our beef and pork...Sugar Valley Meats...we will not consider any others. They are the BEST in the Midwest. Chris Kennedy, Blue Star Farms.

Over an hour away and made the trip many times because we really liked the meats. But the last two times we went I wouldn’t have walked across the street to get it. I think there would have been more meat in a bag of pork rinds than there was in the bacon i purchased. Very disappointed and not sure if it’s worth the trip back. Wondering if they changed owners or something
