If you are interested in T-Mobile (and you should be) then this is the store to go to!First of all, don't let any "corporate" store try to convince a third party retail store like this one is any different or sub par. In fact, having dealt with both, I can honestly say there is a deeper interest in customer service from this third part TMobile than in the "corporate" store!Jaden went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal and delivered that deal better than I expected! Her and Abe even went the extra mile and drove to another store to get the equipment I wanted! The "corporate" store would just simply order it.Bottom line, being a long time Verizon customer, T-mobile simply offers better and more economical plans and service. Add that to the impeccable service going above and beyond by this store, you won't be let down!

The people working there were utterly ruse and disrespectful, went in to see if they had a phone in stock, which they didn’t, asked if a corporate store was more likely to have them in stock and he was like I have no idea, fine. Look up a store in Kettering and ask him if that is a corporate store to try calling them see if they have it in stock, his response I don’t have a clue, and I was like do you not know what stores are around you, his response was ‘why would I care what stores are around me’Absolutely disgusting response, no matter what company it is, whatever store I go into, they at least know where there closest stores are in case of some unforeseen circumstances.

ATTENTION!!! do not go to this store they will lie to you and scam you out of money, do not trust anything they tell you especially the manager he’s a complete joke and will do and say anything to get more money out of you. I will not be coming back and just want everyone to know so they don’t get scammed like I did.

I cannot say enough kind words about Bruce. His knowledge, kindness and patience are all models of the best customer service I have had in YEARS!! My son and I had a tricky issue when we switched our carrier to T Mobile. And Bruce stayed with us over an hour and a half after the store closed until he figured out the issue. Bruce figured it out and solved our rough issue!! If go here ask for Bruce!!

Had some phone issues and took it to the Feedwire Rd. store. Stephen and his crew took care of the problems immediately. Their knowledge and customer service are fantastic! Best store in my estimation.

I was interested in switching to TMobile because Verizon told me that in order to get a "loyalty" discount, I'd have to upgrade to the unlimited plan. Let's face it, the "upgrade" being a higher priced plan would have washed out the discount (compared to what I had been paying). So TMobile offers me a better priced unlimited plan. Now the catch is that I was asking (via online chat) about 2 new phones as well and when I told the rep that I wanted to go to a store to pick up the phones so that they could transfer data and activate the phones, I asked him if I needed to pay anything at the stores and he skipped over that question without me even realizing it until I actually was going to pick up the phones. Store I requested didn't have them in stock, only 2 other stores in the area had them. Ok, I'll just have them shipped and take them to the store for activation.....wrong.... down payment would have been required. I felt like there'd been a bait and switch type of deal. I did still switch, mainly due to the savings of about $40 per month, but the initial experience has not been good. We'll see if the savings is worth it. The two guys at the Feedwire store, though, tried to be helpful.

Tried to go here to buy a new phone today, Sunday. Hours show open at 11AM. It's 1115 and the door is locked. Tried calling but the VM doesn't work ("Mailbox is not activated.") If this store is closed they need to update Google and the storefront!

Worst service ever. Went in to switch a plan, the guy just kept saying his opinion and suggesting other options. I have done my research before going to the store and never asked for his opinion about the plans. Finally ended up walking out without doing it. No one wants to do their job anymore. T-mobile should stop suggesting you to go to nearest store when they can easily do it online.
