Not impressed. My charging port on my phone gave out so we purchased a wireless charging pad which was an awesome quick fix until it quit working 4 weeks after we purchased it. So, we went back in and talked to the guy that was in hoping to find out if this is normal for wireless pads or if we just happened to receive a dud or if it would be possible to replace the port. The guy, Kevin, was rude right from the beginning. The comments he made indicated that he just assumed we ruined the thing, which wasn't the case at all.

TBH, the Sugarcreek location redeems this chain. Derrick is a super nice guy, has great customer service skills, and will bend over backwards to help you. He will also likely remember you the next time you come in. Of course ditching the overpriced contracts is great also! Worth the drive to Sugarcreek. He is always busy, but he will always get back to you if he can't get to you right away.

Great place with friendly service, but do not buy used Verizon phones for activation on the Verizon network. They can be blacklisted by Verizon soon after purchase, and the store will not work with you at all past two weeks. My S7 edge was put on Verizon no-pay only 1 1/2 months after purchase from No Contract, rendering it completely useless on the Verizon network but still compatible with similar networks such as Rok Mobile. Shockingly, the store refused to work with me on a return and I sold it back to them at a loss. On other carriers through No Contract, you should be fine, as long as Verizon isn't involved.

When we moved into this area, we needed an alternative for my tracfone. I learned about Selectel and found this center. To this point, the proprietor has been excellent in assessing our needs and situation and has provided encouragement and help, both then and now as I transition to a smartphone.
