Don't bother. A store employee or owner should keep personal opinions just that personal. To carry on a loud telephone conversation while you have customers in the store is bothersome enough. But then to discuss widely controversial topics and express vicious opinions about those who may think differently, is just wrong. This store will not have our business. Laid down our potential purchases and walked out. Yes everyone is entitled to their thoughts and opinions including those opposite of yours, but if your business is to serve the public, keep the public in mind, and stay off personal phone calls while working.

I would give this shop 10 stars if it were possible. The goods are handmade, the prices amazing, and I could go on and on about the wonder woman that owns the shop. She is so nice and doesnt shy away from showing her customers appreciation. Shes honest and absolutely unwilling to over charge. She knows the town well and it's a great source for recommendations if you are looking for something. This is a must stop for me every time I come.

They have a lot of beautiful handmade items with friendly employees. They will even count the horses that go by so you don't have to.

was in the Mill Ave location last week and was surprised with how nicely displayed and great selection. the owner was on phone and pleasantly went the extra mile directing me to and in the store. Amazed by customer service and just overall a great place to shop and I did. will visit again soon.

Hubby and I visited Ohio's Amish Country this week and aside from the World's Largest Cuckoo clock, this was our first stop. I couldn't have been more pleased with what we found here. Kaleidoscope is a truly unique shop on Amish Country with real art, crafts, handmade items, unique gifts, and local flare made by over 20 different artisans. Candles, soaps, jewelry, signage, badge holders, and a few Amish quilts are just a few examples. Also, great for picking up a postcard or magnet with photos from local photographers. On a Monday afternoon when we were the only customers in the store, I was also able to chat with Amber who was an excellent tour guide telling me all of the insider tips for my visit. I took a lot of her suggestions and it made for a really unique and fun day. If nothing else, stop in for a reasonable priced soda! It was just 60ï¿ the day I visited !

Love the New Towne Mall location, Easy and convenient for me to shop... Everything that has been purchased is simply amazing...Was there tonight and was wondering how to register for the June drawing for the goat milk soap...Since my birthday is in June would make a lovely birthday gift to myself...
