Purchased floor in 2011. Went yellow 8 years later. 20 year warranty. Would only give me 2011 cost of materials and I had to pay for labor. Do not trust warranty or guarantee . Long time costumer, never again.

Just had a great experience at Bear Carpet One. I visited to purchase a urine destroyer product for our home & I was very pleased with the amount of knowledge that the staff shared with me on how to utilize the product.
