Really nice furniture. The sales people need to learn-add on sales. We purchase a beautiful bedroom set, double reclining sofa, power recliner, and nice swivel chair. The sales person was more concerned about selling us the extended warranty. I wish she would have sold us two nightstands. I guess it was my mistake not asking for two nightstands. But my wife and I dropped $13,000 on furniture. I wasn’t thinking about two nightstands at the time. A suggestion would have been wonderful, though.

Andreas just delivered a kitchen set. The delivery personnel even brought pads and installed on the table, chairs, and hutch before bringing them in.

We purchased a sectional from Andrea's 5 years ago. We recently called them to see if we could purchase one section of the unit because the cushion was sinking in on one seat, and we knew it was out of warranty. Instead, the woman we spoke to said she would have one of their service techs come by and check it out. A tech came and said he could replace some of the foam. He gave us an exceptionally reasonable price and came out the next week to replace the foam. The seat is now like new. Great customer service!!
