Very friendly and polite, but this is the first post office we've had that didn't have late night lobby access so we could get our mail after work. And they only have a 3 hour open window on Saturday morning.

Staff are always pleasant and the postal carriers are fabulous. This has always been my favorite post office but it has gotten painfully slow and inefficient. They need more help or updated computers or something. After 24 minutes of waiting on one customer's transaction ahead of me, I gave up and left without mailing my package. Bad knees make waiting in line 20+ minutes horribly painful.

Many of us come to this post office locally over others in the area they are the fastes service and nice people. The vintage wood in the lobby is gorgeous and the workers are very knowledgeable and curtious.

Lady locked herself out the computer and told us it would be 10 mins before she could log back on and 30 mins later I asked her if she could try again and she said hang on for 5 more mins and referred me to leave and go to Campbell. She then proceeded to tell us that she wanted to wait 5 more mins. Needless to say after everyone left but me and 1 other customer she came back up and tried log on and it worked. Horrible service!! Don’t tell your customers you can log on in 10 mins then have us wait 35 mins!! We got to hear how it’s Saturday and it was her day off but got called in and didn’t want to be there. So not only she didn’t want to be there while alone she didn’t want us to be there either!! Poland post office isn’t any better so we are surrounded by federal workers who are overpaid and lazy. I guess the more you make the less you feel you should have to work!

They just love delivering my packages to other people’s homes. They just tell you to open a police report that’s the extent of them. Good riddance no wonder people don’t support the post office.
