If you have a job you cannot bank here. They are closed on Saturdays and they don’t stay open after 5pm. I had an account here because they used to be open on Saturdays but if you need to manage your account or create a new one or discuss any of their features you are out of luck if you are employed. Most banks do stay open later on Fridays or one day of the week for people who work. Some banks have weekend hours. It seems like this bank is for retired or unemployed people only or maybe people with unconventional hours. It is a pity because they used to have hours for employed people. I wanted a brick and mortar bank but I may as well use Capital 1 if I am not going to be able to use the physical bank anyways.

I tried for a straight 30 minutes. They did not answer the phone. Poor customer service there, just answer and take a name and number to call you back. Just explain you are busy but we will call you back. Very frustrating listening to it ring for a straight half hour and no answer.

This branch doesnt answer their phones. I highly suggest others to do banking elsewhere!

I've dealt with more than a couple banks in my life. I really like PNC. Everyone inside is friendly and helpful. I frequently recommend to my friends.

Scolded for trying to bank with them. The big girl in there is rude. She turned myself and several other people away with her poor attitude. It’s not professional to be wearing so much of your lunch ma’am maybe put on a mask if you are so worried about the pandemic.

Service with a smile. Drive-thru is quick. Video conferencing at the drive-thru. And, there's a US postal mailbox in the parking lot.

Went into branch to deposit money into my checking account. Spoke with marry ann and told her my intentions. I handed her 250 dollars and said I want to deposit that and she rudely says "what is that" to which I replied "THE MONEY THAT'S IN YOUR HANDS" I wish they would have never closed the Poland branch those girls were so friendly. Been with PNC for a very very long time back to when they were national city and I'm going to close all my accounts and move them to my credit union ASECU. not because of this one incident but because I as well as everyone else can see the pattern. 1 last thing there are some very friendly ladies working at the struthers location but as long as I'm with pnc I will go a little further to a different branch

Fast and friendly. I have never seen tellers at every window but today I did! Wish other banks would do that.
