Don’t buy from these people! We bought a washer they claimed was refurbished and worked great in June (this year) for $400 and it quit working this month. They refused to do anything because it was 2 days past the 90 day warranty! Repairman came and said it’s not even worth fixing! It would cost $400 more to fix! I don’t know how these people sleep at night knowing they are thieves!!!!

CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE!!! This company is nothing short of being opportunists & scam artists. The only thing "professional" a/b this company is the fact that they are professional cons & scam artists who prey on innocent ppl who need their appliances fixed. Recently we were having problems w/ our fridge/freezer not staying cold properly & the fan was making a loud noise. We called this company to come out & fix it. Unfortunately we didn't do our research or read any existing reviews. In hindsight had we researched or googled the owners name we wouldn't have let these ppl step one foot inside of our house. The two men that came were not only completely unprofessional but they had no clue what they were doing & didn't have the slightest clue where the control panel was located. They were asking me like I should know & even wanted me to contact my husband in hopes that he would know. After much debate & a lot of poking around in the freezer they did find it. After an hr of not really doing anything much they decided that they would put a new fan blade in & were adamant in telling me that if that didn't fix the problem that they would have to return & replace the control board which is a $200+ part. They made sure to inform me that if we didn't want to pay such a high price to fix our fridge that they sell them at their store & that would probably be the better solution. A few days later & our fridge/freezer only got a lot worse. My husband & I decided to call another company to get a second opinion & were absolutely shocked & horrified to say the least when the other company opened our appliance to find that the defrost thermostat wires had been intentionally cut. The only ppl that had access to our fridge was martins, my husband, myself & our 3 small children. Needless to say that myself, husband & children would not have done something like that to our own appliance. We were so upset when we found this out mainly b/c that could've sparked & started a fire which we could've lost everything including our lives. Not only we found that sabotaged but we also found out that they replaced the fan blade w/ the wrong one which resulted in the air being blown in the opposite direction. Martins ppl knew this b/c they took a part off of the ice compartment & wedged it in front of the fan to make it appear that the air was blowing up the way it should've been. So not only did these ppl maliciously cut wires in our appliance but they also "jerry rigged" it to appear to be working properly. The only conclusion that we could come to was martins did this in an attempt for us to call them back to fix our fridge that they sabotaged or so we would buy a new appliance from their store. My husband made several calls & trips to their store & was told no matter what they don't give refunds whatsoever. Please please ppl if you need someone to service your appliance please contact anyone else but this company. There are good honest ppl & companies out there & martins is definitely not one of them.

Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced!!! I called to find out about a service call, needed 2 appliances looked at. Was told would only be charged one price to pull in the driveway and would then be charged for any work that needed to be done..NOT TRUE! First repair man said,since we were paying so much money we would not be made to wait along time for the repair to be complete,As if other people who pay less wait longer &the repair man laughed and stated "well ya" !! Both washer and dryer were under warranty. They did fix the dryer correctly. We paid total $$$450.$$ had 3 trips to the house and he canceled the next service calls due to he pulled a groin muscle.. OMG. And this was the manager, he never did come back out and fix the washer, lol ..probably due to embarrassment. I can laugh now, but then, not so much. They have changed the name of the web site to Martins of Struthers and the store name is now Martins appliance and home furnishings. Still the same old place. We finally decided to forget the warranty, go someplace else and get another washer. It's just not worth the troubles.
