Never been to this butcher before. New to town. Tiny place with huge flavor!The prices are exceptional and the service is great. We got the peach sriracha sausage, kebobs, and jalapeno cheese burgers. All awesome!I've been a chef for over 30 years and it's great to have a local butcher nearby.GO VIKINGS!!!!!!
