CVS located on Youngstown Poland Road in Struthers Ohio. Might be the most poorly ran CVS I’ve ever been into in my life. I feel so bad for the employees there. They’re constantly trying to put out small fires and they don’t receive support from management staff. Specifically the manager, Bob, I don’t know if Bob isn’t receiving the support he needs from the top down. But something needs to be done about this place. I went in there to purchase pads for my elderly grandmother with her otc card. When I tried going to an actual cashier, the cashier was in the middle of helping another customer troubleshoot some type of extravagant issue that took at least 15 minutes while I was standing there. So I went over to the self check out kiosk. For some reason, the self checkout kiosk isn’t set up to deal with OTC cards. But it says the OTC cards can be used at the self check out. Bob the manager was paged once to come up front. Bob was in the back stocking shells with another employee and couldn’t be bothered to come upfront. Bob was in page a second time 5-6 minutes later . To help with the issue with the other customer. And still never showed his face. I ended up putting the pads back on the shelf and walking out. This isn’t the first time the situation like this has happened at the CVS. Like I said it is poorly run and something needs to be done.

Customer service here stinks. The Doctor called in medicine on 4/28/24 I called C. V. S and they said no, they did not receive the prescription. So I called the Doctor's through a fit. The Doctor's office called and yes, they got the prescription on 4/28/24 so when I asked why it wasn't filled. The girl said I don't know. I don't work at this location. In the meantime, we've been out of high Blood Pressure medicine for over a week. Now thanks CV s way to go.

Employee: “Ok?! I have no control over that” to a simple question about a product out of stock. I have been shopping here regularly for 4 years. I came today because the pharmacy told me a week ago that an item may be back in stock on Monday and it is now the Sunday after that. So on 4/18/24 at 6:15pm I came in to find the product. It was still not there so when I saw the employee helping a man and she seemed super helpful to him, I waited until she was finished. Then I said “Hi, this has been out of stock for a few weeks.” I waited thinking she would do what every other employee usually does and look it up and tell me when it will be available. Instead she said “Ok?” and glared at me. I was surprised because I had just seen her helping someone else and I was not expecting this response. She then said “I have no control over that.” And turned and stormed away. I have no idea what I did to this person to cause such hostility but I have never experienced this here before in my life and I will never come back.

My husband had a procedure that caused a UTI. The doctor on call was very fast to respond telling me he would call in an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening and they were very understanding and filled the prescription before closing. They in fact, stayed in order to fill it, leaving after 6 O'clock. Thank you to the staff and the parmacist.

This is the worst pharmacy in our area. They have a pharmacist named Jenn P. who is sloppy, lazy and disrespectful liar. I've had to call corporate twice on her for not doing her job. Do not use this place.

They take so long to fill prescriptions! When I had surgery, they took several days to fill it. I was in pain! My migraine medication takes days for them to fill and no way for them to speed it up. They once took over 2 weeks to fill a medication I needed after surgery. They also never answer the phone. Their system also didn't tell me I had prescriptions ready and it was urgent. I even had it set to text me when it was ready. I was miserable for days. After surgery I had to fill weekly and so I would call in days earlier just so I could get my prescription filled faster. I also hate the renewal policy, I kept getting automatic refills on prescriptions I wasn't using and then no automatic refills on meds needed monthly. Going to try somewhere else.

Zero stars if possible. I had my dr call in a scrpit 2 days ago and it was never filled. They won't even answer the phone. I eventually went to giant eagle pharmacy and got my script the next day. Wow cvs. Get it together or stop taking Prescriptions
