“I wanted to change banks so I went on Google to check all the reviews on all the local banks. The Farmers National Bank in Cornersburg was by far the top rated bank in the area according to their rating and reviews. So my wife and myself stopped in to open a checking account. And let me tell you that everyone that we talked to and dealt with were super friendly and helpful. Lisa Vallas, I believe she is a branch manager, ended up setting us up with our new account. She could not have been any nicer. She answered all of our questions and got us all set up. She was very professional and personable. It was a great experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a new bank, I highly suggest the Farmers National Bank in Cornersburg, right by Dairy Queen.”
“This bank has been the best and most reliable for the years I've used it, however I had to remove a star for the new operating system as a whole. This was not a good switch, I have tried for several days now to simply call my bank and cannot get through to anyone. I remain on hold for up to an hour before giving up. Please fix your system or revert... It does not make me comfortable knowing I can't get through to anyone.”

“I do a lot of my banking here and the staff is kinda and attentive. Sometimes they appear to be a little short staffed but it doesn't look like the highest traffic area so from my experience it causes a minimal problem. The quality of employee makes up for any delays.”

“Lisa or La'Tanya (according to my receipt) who works at the drive through window is the best. If I'm ever weary about making sure a check has to be deposited on time to the right account for business, I go out of my way to the Boardman Chase location to see her. She is always very helpful and cheerful and patient. She is very easy to work with and leaves you driving away with a smile because she's a pleasure to interact with and goes out of her way to deal with any issues you have in an upbeat and polite manner.”
