He's very transparent about what you need right now, what can wait, or what you can do on your own. He works quickly and keeps you updated along the way. Prices are beyond reasonable (usually half of what it would be at the dealer). He's warm, welcoming, and always gives you his full attention to ask any questions you have regardless of how busy they are. I live in Chicago now and anytime I visit family he's the only mechanic I still trust to look at my car everytime. Any other shop would have just seen $$$ and done the work anyways they were honest and advised me to wait and honestly you just don't find shops that are awesome like that anymore”
