My husband and I have shopped with Zales for years.We followed our favorite Zales employee from the Elyria store when it closed to Strongsville store. Janet Mitchell is a great sales woman! Janet is very friendly, knowledgeable about the jewelry and always very patient as I always want to try on a few things while my husband asks a bunch of questions. She makes sure that we are aware of any sales or specials going on. We are always greeted with a welcoming smile whether we are just window shopping, getting cleanings or looking for new merchandise. We are happy with our experiences when shopping with Zales.

The people there are friendly when you get to know them. They were very helpful and patient when we went there to purchase wedding rings. I highly recommend getting the insurance policy for fancier rings as it includes resizing and diamond replacement if they fall out.

Several years ago bought a diamond bracelet on advertised sale for $400...years later wanted to resell it at a reputable dealer and was told to take it home because they can only give me 15 for it...yes 15...a year goes by precious metals inflation all go up ..I go to another reputable dealer and he tells me the same thing...he says I will be honest take it home I can only give you 7 for it...yep 7....zales will never see me again ....every lesson costs something but that was a shocking blow to me....SHOCKING!!!!

I can’t say enough how wonderful Angela is! I came in by myself to look at bands for my fiancé and to size myself. She assisted me with this with the utmost sincerity and pleasure. She then helped me look at a few bands for myself - introducing me to a style that fit my wants perfectly. I told her that I would be coming back and she was extremely kind and did not try to pressure me into a purchase. I did return with my fiancé and we purchased our wedding bands with her assistance, again with no pressure or pushing to get something more expensive. She was incredibly kind and professional. We would love to work with her again in the future!

I grew worried when the associate started scrubbing my ring with a toothbrush when the original associate that i purchased from said "NEVER use abrasive surfaces to clean your ring." ???

No issues with the staff or service, but highly disappointed with my wedding ring my wife purchased here. It’s now the 2nd time a diamond has fallen out of this ring. Never had a diamond fall out of any of my jewelry.And it’s not due to the wearer, as I do nothing that would be causing this. I sit in an office at work and take it off when I lift weights.Absolutely disappointed and can only wonder how often this is going to keep happening.
