“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”
“When I first went here to get my memebrship cards the customer service ladies were very nice. This location is kept together pretty well and they do accept Apple Pay. The only downside fall is I had to use my credit card because they don't accept Discover on Apple Pay.”

“Great experience with Caitlin at Customer Service today! I had 9 items of clothing to return - all items had their original Costco tags still attached, but I only had the receipt for half of them. Caitlin was empathetic, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. She handled the returns with ease and professionalism.
Caitlin is a great ambassador for the Costco brand, and Costco could use more employees like her.”
“I was having an issue getting new tpms sensors (redi sensors) to trigger, discount tire where I bought the tires couldn't figure it out (and they didn't really care), but Hannah at this Costco tire center figured it out and didn't brush me off, thank you Costco for great service!”

“I’ve been a cardholder member of Costco for quite a few years. I figured I’d give you guys a five star review because your place is always organized every time I come in there and I appreciate that it’s always packed, but that’s a good sign. Only thing I don’t care for is that the rotisserie chicken is put in those plastic bags now I like the old containers better I know a lot of people that agree with me. Any chance you might get those back either way I’m satisfied with your Strongsville store”
