Craig Cerny and Michael were both incredibly helpful and beyond personable! We showed up for the wrong appointment date, but they went ahead and fit us into their schedule anyway. Thank you both so much for your understanding and helpfulness!

The brown haired lady with glasses was rude and disrespectful. They are never happy to help their costumers !! I won’t ever be coming back here . If you want friendly service and employees happy to help you WILL NOT find it here . Taking my business else where !

Worst costumer service ever went tonight to get my sons eye glasses tighten the lady was rude and said if I break them I am not responsible for them I was so off guard I never had a eye clinic say something like that too me will not be returning so unprofessional very disappointed and feel so disrespected

Dr. Cerny gave me a very thorough exam and diagnosed a serious problem. He recommended and made me an appointment with a specialist in 2 days time. Kim was very kind and did an excellent job helping me choose and also fitting me with new glasses. I would highly recommend the staff at this location.
