This store is a hot mess. For being in a semi-affluent community, they should be embarrassed. Shelves are a disaster, things are not where they should be and most of the 'personal shoppers' are carrying on personal conversations on speaker phone and/or facetime. The store is dirty and it is just gross and they don't stock the shelves. The stores nearby in Parma and Cleveland are in much better shape and better stocked and definitely much cleaner.

Wow this is just unbelieavable. I go into the Strongsville store at about 1015pm..ALL self checkouts are closed. 2 cashiers with about 50 people needing to checkout. My question is why in the hell were the self checkouts all closed? Did the self checkouts need to go home? What a JOKE!!

Ordered a cake and cupcakes because they were willing to do the design my daughter picked out. Both were fine, but not a lot of customization available. I wish they would have told me that the pictures I picked should only be placed on white cakes because they just turned the color below which wasn't great.

They could use a lesson in customer service! It's hard to find someone who wants to help you. I have received comments like, "well, I really don't know." Or "this isn't my department." Or "well, the 'in stock' on the app isn't always up to date' so. I don't know what to tell you!" Why not teach them to say, "I don't know the answer but let me help you find someone who does!" And then help me resolve my issue, if possible! "Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless!"

I would give them a 0 if I could. Employees are horrible. We had 4 employees hawking us at the self check out for no reason. Then had another employee ask us for our receipt at the door. Maybe you should go back to human beings at checkouts and stop accusing innocent people of stealing. They made us feel like thieves or crooks when all we wanted to do was get a few essentials for our family. Such a horrible, uncomfortable shopping experience.

The price on the shelp was 3.48 The price on my phone scanner was 3.48 The price online was 3.48 The price at the self checkout was 6.98 The employee would not give me the lower price. Absolutely ridiculous

Very unhappy! Ordered groceries and paid for Walmart plus service. First order delivered to my neighbor 2 doors down. Luckily they were honest and found it name on the order saw our name on the order and brought them to me. More today I put in an order and it's nowhere to be found. The store doesn't know where it is. Store won't answer the phone. Called 1800 number and they put me off all day. Saying it was coming. 930 at night no groceries! Great it is the day before Easter! Little do they tell you that it's 3rd party service that delivers your groceries. And they don't know what service company picked it up So I tried to cancel the service I paid for a year last month. They said no refunds. What a bunch of crap. They dont care about anything except your money. But I can pay more to them to have an employee from the store deliver and not 3rd party. Ridiculous!

This store is terrible for Spark drivers. Constantly this store is sending out orders for delivery for one reason or another that the store doesn't have when I get there. My hunch is employees are unwilling to put together batch orders and just resort to saying the order numbers don't exist. Thus is the only store in NE Ohio where I have this problem.

It has to be a management issue at this horrible excuse for a store. When you order an item online for in store pickup, people tell you to walk to the garden center to where the online orders are, you get there then they basically shoo you away and tell you you have to drive around. Well, where you drive around, it is to the reserved spots with a phone number. Ok cool, now you think you can call someone and eventually get your order. Nope. You call the number and no one even answers. This is especially ridiculous when it was not a scheduled slot. Just an order that you recieve an email that it is ready for pickup. Then the very few people they have filling orders don't bother to ask if they can help you when they see you out of your car, clearly seeking someone who can give clarification. At that point you start getting highly irate because you cannot get a single answer from someone who might actually know something. Then they find it funny. Guess what. I had purchased an electric heater for my elderly father who had resorted to using a propane heater in the house to avoid turning the heat in the entire house up higher. So this was an incredibly stressful incident that did have to involve 2 people raising absolute hel! to simply get correct guidance for picking up an online order for 1 item! I will say, the man, Collin who was finally able to bring the item out actually listened to WHY this was incredibly confusing and frustrating. If you people would perhaps train your employees of what is going on beyond whatever is directly under their noses, then perhaps one could accurately direct someone instead of just pointing in a direction to just shoo someone away. And when they see someone obviously is trying to seek clarification, to not blatantly ignore them until they are pushed to a snapping point. Of like 6 employees, Colin was the only one to display a shred of human decency. Shame on you Walmart if you are either treating employees so poorly , they cannot even be decent human beings or, you just do not care about any standards of organization. I have been shopping at Target more and more for this very reason. Even your stores in suburban areas are becoming so ratchet and poorly managed, I am hearing of more and more people who are going their less and less. Your selfishness and reprehensible management will be your downfall. And if you cannot handle buy on line and pick up in store orders that are not scheduled, then don't offer that option. It's really that simple. Also, I tried calling the regular store and no one even answered that phone. Then you wonder when stressed people get fighting mad. Shame on you, your Strongsville store in particular. Not only that. It's been over a month that your restrooms in front have been out of service. There is absolutely zero excuse for what your store is becoming and it most certainly reflects that your organization has zero business value apart from making that almighty dollar. Shame on you.

poor customer service; 2 times now i have tried to return items and the customer service person tell me they can't accept the return from online purchase. I even started the return process online with Walmart.com with instructions to take the product to the Walmart store to finish the return. I hate shopping at Walmart.

we placed an order for pickup at 9 oclock PM (tried for a MUCH earlier time in the AM the day prior), they claimed it would be delayed between 9 and 11, then closed at 10 oclock. there supposed to be open until 11. i currently have covid and will not in good conscience go into any store to go shopping, and now i have nothing to eat or drink, for another 24 hours, until i can get someone else to go to another store at some point later tomorrow. this happened on 12/20/2022. this store needs new management badly, and has needed it for 30 years. i could probably write a 5 page essay on all the problems this store has just form my experience as a customer for so long but ill spare everyone. also people, you know you have no legal obligation to stop and show your receipts after checkout right? you DO have the right to refuse, and almost always should at least at this walmart, and it IS an invasion of your privacy. they have no right to demand to see your receipts.

I drive with uber and attempt to deliver orders here but there seems to lack of organization with walmart its walmart what do you expect? Definitely not waiting 1 hour for an order. According to uber we should wait no more than 15 min for an order you would think they would have sense of urgency instead i see 2 employees for 1 order to a car? Really? Definitely need a more experienced manager managing team and ensuring sense of urgency! Not to say all employees but most i see do not care!!

Absolutely terrible workers. Everything's disorganized and none of the workers know anything. Ask 3 different workers where a single item is and their response is "I don't know" then the 4th person sends me to the wrong product. All the workers are just rude and slow. Horrible place. Theirs target or giant eagle 5 minutes away

Horrible. This location is just a mile from where I live and I drive right past it and then a few miles (at least) to get what I need. I don't give my money to chumps, and you shouldn't either.

Very unhappy to see that the costs of things are through the roof. I didn't see it this high at giant Eagle. Worst of all, they had no parking lot lights on at 8:30pm when they are open to 11pm. This is a HUGE safety concern when going to your car. This makes the store unsafe to shop when it's dark.
