Not very friendly and forthcoming. Verizon spends a fortune to get new customers, but does not treat existing customers well. Went to this store with my sister to replace her phone. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Someone should teach the staff to smile and say thank you.

Debbie store manager at the Strongsville Verizon 5 Stars on her customer service Bought a new phone and had a few problems setting it up came back the next day and Debbie was great in helping me .Great Job Debbie!

Although verizon has the worst customer service in the country, Tarek and Debborah made the lengthy time I spent up there very enjoyable. I really thank both of them for my experience. Tarek and Debborah seem to work well with each other and others.
