Management and staff were very pleasant. Facilities were clean and safe. Location was convenient. Storage unit deals were very attractive as a new customer. Communication for billing cycles and online ability to pay the rent was convenient.

Karl was wonderful and handled my registration over the phone for me to make it easier since I am disabled. I have a difficult time speaking over the phone because of my disability and Karl was patient and non- judgmental, and he also allowed me in internet special rate as well.
The unit was clean and secure, and conveniently located.

I got my unit fast and had help via phone and in person when my code was not working. The unit itself is very nice!

Honestly check in was super easy and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The whole storage area was very clean and up to par. And it was extremely easy to find my unit. I have been impressed so far with the company and will definitely be telling my friends and family about this storage unit option.

Fantastic unit with easy access and climate control! Manager was very friendly and showed us around the place with the best spot to park in for our specific unit. Staff is friendly and unit was very clean upon arrival, very happy with the reasonable price as well.

We have 2 units and have been very happy with Valley Storage. Very clean, well lit and maintained. And, all on one floor. I’ve moved quite a few times and Valley is the best storage facility I’ve ever used.
