This place was a lot of fun, the staff was incredibly nice and they really showed passion for their work. (We would have totally finished the entire christmas room in those last 10 minutes ;D)

my friend and i had an absolutely lovely time at this escape room. it’s fun, affordable, and the workers are very patient. overall a very good time!

Ok I try to hit every escape room facility in the area at least once. I am aware that every escape room is not created equal. This was by far the worst one I have ever seen. I don't ever go to the reviews to complain. But a warning needs to be posted about this place.Entered the room late which is fine bit turned out to be the start of a steep dive downwards. Once in the room one of the 4 dog cages with a lock on it was opened. Was asked to leave the "room" so it could be locked. We had to walk out of the 4 curtains on a wire that made the room. Upon returning in we were asked if we had ever seen the movie that was in the picture for the room and then told it had nothing to do with that movie. Which was laughable but we were like ok. We were told we would be given 4 clues. The first was a quote from that movie.To not get too long here we were never given a usable clue. Also we had 22 minutes left to complete the last lock (asked for 3 clues for the same part.) and when we didn't we asked how the combination was found he just looked at us and said he didn't know they never told him. So basically to open the final dog cage with a stuffed animal in it, you just have to try every 4 digit combination because nothing in the room solved the lock. Seriously what a joke.

I wish I had read the reviews before I came we did asylum very low quality and puzzles didn't make sense locks didn't work doors got stuck and the host was flirting with my minor girlfriend the paint was spray painted on and for the two of us was 60$ I wish I would have asked for a refund or at least to do a separate room cause EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN we had more fun at build a bear and spent less

We did the Alice in wonderland event. One of the locks wouldn't open.The guy running the escape room couldn't get out of the escape room either. I asked for my money back. And was denied. How can you have an escape room with a guy that's running the escape room can't even get out of it. And it was $45 for me and my two kids. Update. We were offered to come back and do another escape room at no charge.

It was a last minute activity with my best friend. The 2 of us did wonderland. Atmosphere and cleanliness of the waiting room and trapped room. It was a great experience and the host was awesome. We needed him 4 × even though mentioned can only have 3 clues. Ready to get another group in a different room.

120$ for 4 people to play for an hour. The room was not as well decorated as I expected from an escape room. It wouldve been quite fun and entertaining and we wouldve gotten it done in the hour but the puzzles werent put back properly! When we came in the last puzzle to finish it was laying on the table we chose to ignore it and try to play as normal but we realized not only were other clues missed plassed but one of this hint papers was out at the beggining too. So when we got to that clue we already had it decifered. We took longer trying to figure out if we got all the puzzles in the right order than actually trying to figure out the puzzles. We had a good time because we made ourselves have a good time I feel. I give it 2 stars mightve been 3 or 4 if the room had been set up properly!

Very annoying experience. I brought my daughter here for her birthday to do the Jumanji escape room. The kid up front kept interrupting if we weren’t getting it fast enough to tell us what to do next. If we wanted a clue, we would’ve asked for one. I could hear him talking about us outside of our room. Unprofessional. Kind of pissed that I spent what I did here. Don’t waste your time or your money on this place. Go to Escaped on Pearl instead ?

The room was dirty and very very cheaply done all around if I could give zero stars I would just don’t waste your money I’ve paid half that to do a much better room with more effort put into it

My colleagues and I. visited Trapped as a team building activity. The escape room was challenging enough, and we had a great experience. We happened to go on a day the owner was there, and not only was he very personable, but he was also helpful when we needed assistance, then provided great feedback for our group when we were done. I would definitely recommend it!
