Best realtor ever! Selling a house can be a stressful process. I have worked with a lot of realtors; I was lucky to find Tina Martin. She made me feel completely at ease during the whole process.
As I was searching for the most suitable realtor in my area in Medina county, Tina was referred to me by my HOA management company. It was clear to me during our first meeting that she was very familiar with the area and had the knowledge, experience and most importantly the strong work ethics that I was looking for. Over the next few days, as we continued our introductory conversations, I was amazed at her response time and the professionalism. She provided me with so much data in order to help me come up with the right selling price and she was very thorough in describing the step-by-step process of listing my house from the time we put our house on the market till the closing.
After having done my analysis and interviewing two other realtors, I decided to list my house through Tina. Little did I know that I was not just hiring a realtor, in fact, I was hiring someone who was so dedicated to her job that she would do things above and beyond her share of responsibilities. Here I won't go too much into details, but Tina took care of so many little details, including overseeing my property repairs, communications with the purchaser's mortgage lenders, title company, and HOA to clear complicated, accounting related underwriting conditions, negotiating with the buyers on my behalf on the walkthrough items, and so on.
Needless to say, I am definitely planning to hire Tina on all my future purchases and sales of properties in Ohio. She is the number one realtor, without doubt!!

We recently closed on a home listed by Tina and David. Due to the unique nature of our loan I am not sure if we would have even been able to close if it wasn’t for the attention and care Tina gave. She was always quick to respond and we can not say enough kind things about working with this team. As the buyer they are great listing agents to work with. Thank you Tina!!

Tina and Dave helped me with a cross country move. I gave them only 2 days to find me a home to buy in a state where I had never been to before. They tirelessly showed me all the homes I had on my list, and also some that they had found for me. They were so hospitable and patient. I had to sell my home in California to be able to purchase the home in Ohio, and they got my offer accepted in a very competitive market. They stayed in almost daily communication with me as I told them all the details of my progress. They were not just my realtors, but my support team. They stayed positive, calm, and very attentive. I came to see them as my trusted companions in the journey to relocate.People would ask me, aren't you scared to move to a state so far from home where you don't know anyone? and I would look at them and say, "I know Tina and Dave; I have friends in Ohio."After driving cross country with three dogs, I arrived in Ohio in the middle of winter at night. Tina and Dave had made sure my heater was on so the house would be cozy, they left me my new key and keychain on the table, and they had even stocked my fridge and pantry with essentials. They remembered that I am a vegetarian and got me all things I could eat. I was able to relax in my warm home with food to eat on my first night in Ohio. They checked in on me frequently, and I even receive holiday cards/texts from them.When I needed a new homeowner's insurance agent, I called Tina and Dave. When I needed a roofer, I called Tina and Dave. They are my go to team for anything and everything real estate. With Tina and Dave you know you are important. You know they care about your well being. You know they have your back. I like to think of them as my friends, almost like family. They aren't in this for the money, they are in this for the people they serve. When you work with them you immediately know they are all about you and what you need. Wonderful people and realtors! We purchased our house about a month ago with Tina and George and we are extremely pleased with their service. We even got the house slightly lower price than what it is supposed to be, thanks to Tina's calculation and negotiation work. They are a very good team. Both are good at real estate in general but Tina is very good with managing and administrative work and George has a vast amount of knowledge and experience of anything related to purchasing a house. We communicated well and the process were very smooth. Nice work guys. They are extremely professional and highly recommended.
