She's amazing and did a phenomenal job. I brought my dress to Strongsville Alterations, never been there before and didn't hear anything about her. She's a well kept secret. Purchased it from an internet shop and when it came was smaller then what was stated. She made it altered it and it fits amazing. Thank you Ylena!!

I asked a woman if she could sew two zippers into two of my jackets that I use for hiking her words back to me was they start at $40 and go up but she'd have to see the jackets first in order to figure out how much it would be actually then I asked her when I can bring them in she said I'd have to make an appointment this to me makes no sense if a place is going to help you they should be able to give you a price over the phone and also give you an immediate appointment to come in with your merchandise to me this place seems like a shoddy business I would not take any of my jackets or pants there ever...

I have been using this shop for awhile now and finally decided I should leave a review! They always do great work at a very reasonable price point and turn around time is quick! If you need anything embroidered, fixed or altered this is the place! Always friendly and welcoming. Can't recommend it enough!!!

I did not end up using the business, but I took my wedding dress in to be altered and it was dog/cat hair all over the fitting room. It got all over me and my dress. You would think a aleration shop would be clean. Buyers aware.

Yelena let my first start by saying I absolutely LOVE this woman. One month before my wedding I tried on my wedding dress just to find out my butt grew and my dress would not zip AT ALL. I cried so hard because there’s no way I can buy a new dress after spending $1600 and it being so close to the wedding day. I took my dress to multiple alterations places and no one could fix it until I stumbled upon Strongsville alterations and embroidery which was no more than 5 minutes up the road from me. I remember Yelena telling me she is the “miracle worker” and that she is. She fixed my dress all in time for my wedding and it was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!
