So I called because I couldn't sign in online and they told me it would be just a 10 min wait.
I verified that I couldn't sign in online and she said, we don't do that...
Got there and they asked me if I signed in online??!?!.... what???
Went from 10mins to 41mins... they basically told me to kick rocks.
What horrible customer service!!!!!
Don't go here.

Very good place for a haircut. I like scheduling my favorite stylist (Shannon) with the app. The shampoo with a hot towel for my face after the haircut is awesome!

Came here a couple days before Christmas Day 2023. I usually go to the Broadview Heights location, and this was my first time at Strongsville. The location was clean and Shannon the hair stylist was welcoming, professional, friendly and knew exactly what kind of hair cut I wanted (my name and info are in the Sport Clips system). Overall it was a pleasant, relaxing and welcoming experience. I will come back.

I was at this location today and what can i say its definitely alot better then the parma location shannon the manager here in strongsville is awesome i really enjoyed having her do my hair very respectful and a great stylist will definitely comeback

I came in to get my hair cut after having many failed haircuts starting from one bad cut last year. I went to several âwell knownâ local stylists that specialized in specific areas like curly hair, layers, etc (whatever any of that even means these days, I just needed a haircut) and after spending hundreds of dollars I was still left with a hair cut that wasnât suited for me. I would sit in their chair and express my concerns and what areas I needed help with because of a natural part and where my thickness was held.
FINALLY, Natasha at sports clips in strongsville listened, asked questions and wasnât afraid to follow through! She took her time, went piece by piece and addressed every concern I had. She was very precise and she went over everything to make sure I was happy before I left. I havenât been this happy with a hair cut since 2016 when I did my last super drastic cut. She gave me exactly what I wanted, what my hair much needed. I have curly somewhat thin hair and she brought it to life, made it look thick, and it feels so nice! I genuinely could not be happier with the outcome. I feel such relief and finally love my hair again! It feels comfortable, it sits so nice and I have regained confidence in my hair! This is huge for us women!! Thank you so much Natasha for empowering me! You are the best and I know you will be extremely successful in this business!! Keep up the amazing work! We need you out here â¤ď¸

I had the most amazing experience visiting Sport Clips. I not only got a haircut, but the scalp message, neck message, facial hot towel wrap and the shoulder message were out of this world! It is a great way place to go to decompress after a hard day at work.Service: Haircut

My husband got the worst haircut and I called numerous times. After getting a hold of the manager, she said someone will contact me but no one did. I would avoid going here if I were you.. his haircut was so bad that he couldnât get a round shape that he had in his head for about 3 months.. horrible
