I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Tax Smart accountant (Rum). Their mishandling of my taxes and lack of communication reflect a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for their clients. Despite waiting patiently for a month for any updates on my tax return, I received no proactive communication from their end. When I finally reached out, I was met with indifference and excuses about their workload. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client. I strongly caution anyone against trusting their financial matters to Tax Accountant (Rum), as their unprofessionalism and negligence are simply unacceptable. For example, he mixed up my first name and my last name on my tax documentation and I literally provided him with my W2 form that had my information on!!!!
