The store is an absolute mess inside. Apparently employees can’t even be bothered to pick up the products laying all over the floors, right in the middle of the aisles. Fridges have been empty for literal weeks, I’ve given up hope that they’ll ever be re-stocked. I don’t know who manages this place, but they gave up on doing their job a long time ago. Disappointing to see this place just tank, used to be my favorite gas station.

Food is reasonable but come here if you want to get some of the slowest service in the United States. I've seen DMVs move faster

I had a good experience. They're food to go was well stocked. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. Good price on fuel, diesel and kerosene.

My sandwich always looks like this from this location. People working in the back are barely paying attention to what’s going on, also barely paying attention while being trained. This is not what this sandwich should look like. Not to mention, with it being this messy I got 0 napkins and there wasn’t any available for me to grab on my way out.

service is awful, waited approximately 30+ mins for a shake, when i was the only person in the location that ordered. by the time i got my shake my food was cold. also about 3-4 workers at the time, still took that long. never order food from this place unless you want to waste your life.

I am a hardworking blue collar young man who often stops at sheetz in the mornings and afternoons. This experience was by far the worst of any sheetz in north east Ohio. I waited over 20 minutes for 1 order. My lunch break is only 30. Therefore, I hardly had any time to eat my food before I had to be back at work. On top of all of that, the chicken tenders were in the bottom of the bag with ketchup packets piled on top of them. No box, wrapper, or any form of protection what so ever. The sub was sub par at best and wrapped poorly. Lettuce was falling out and not hardly enough mayonnaise. Extremely disappointed. Won't be back

Go here a lot because it's down the street from my job foods a little pricey but handy for its location . Usually buy what I need like drinks and lunch for 3rd shift here to get me through the shift. Only issue I had here was on night before 4th of July there was only 1 employee working food and waited over half hour to get food witch made me late to work. But only issue so far . Otherwise possibly a 5 star . Only other issue is they get young kids piling up in parking lot and once was threatened by one leaving parking lot for no reason cuz he was with friends thought he was tough . Other than that staff seems good on shift around 8pm .

I was gonna order food till I walked in and the place smelled like a barn. It literally smells like wet animal and hay in there.
