Only went here once with my girlfriend seems super over priced! Inflated hardcore for younger women.. my $65 bottle of cologne straight from Versace themselves was $130 in their store... Thats insane i could understand a mark up price as all stores need to but double the price? Cmon do better.

I rarely go in store but wanted to try out a new clean product. Lauren was absolutely amazing and so helpful finding products that fit my skin needs and also my clean ingredient standards. Went in for one thing and walked out with a whole bag. ?♀️ Lauren is an absolute asset. Friendly, patient and so knowledgeable.

Stopped there during the holiday rush to buy a gift. The staff was very helpful. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes with a great perfume in a gift bag.

I wanted the Burberry her elixir perfume so I went and ask for it I even pointed at the one I wanted and realized that the lady had given me a different one so when I was abt to pay I told the lady if she could check that it was the one I wanted so she did and she even pointed at one I wanted and still gave me the wrong one, so now I’m stuck wit a perfume I didn’t wanted! Really bad customer service

Cashier was sweet but the associate standing near the entrances was absolutely rude. My friend asked her what would be some good beauty products or beauty boxes to gift for a 16 year old and the employee said "I don't know. You'll have to look around."What?

Hello!!!! ??? Yesterday at 5pm I had an appointment to get my makeup done at Sephora and I was very excited. Everyone there was so polite. But I would love to give all my gratitude to the two girls who helped do my makeup. Zaina (she/her) was very helpful and polite she’s the girl who did my makeup. I enjoyed it very much and she did such a fantastic job. I also must thank Surya, she was also very sweet and polite and she applied my lashes. Both girls were very helpful and sweet, great customer service and overall great workers. I hope they both get to see this and know that they did a great job!! ? ? OHH AND THE makeup lasted me all night and it was flawless I got a lot of compliments!! ? and don’t mind my pictures I suck at taking them fr, BUT THANK YOU GUYS!!!! ? (— Mia ?)

They helped me find two things I was looking for, but we're incorrect about another thing being in stock at another store. I also felt a bit pushed to buy stuff, but I understand that's their job so I don't hold that against them. Unfortunately many popular items were out of stock, but I'm sure that's out of this particular store's hands.

Lots to offer but Ulta is a much better store with a larger variety and the staff at Ulta are extremely friendly and helpful. Save your time and shop Ulta.

Absolutely horrible. I Tried to go look around and ended up in there for less than 5 minutes because i had this blonde lady following me the whole time making it so uncomfortable. She Basically threw a basket at me when i told her i was just looking and didn’t need one. Do better with your employees I felt like i couldn’t even look around and had to buy something. Won’t ever be coming back to this one and will be calling about that lady.

Came in to get a new foundation. I’ve tried so many things that make my skin look horrible. Ariel instantly found one for me. She even had me apply it to half my face to show me how to do it correctly. I was almost in tears. My skin has never looked so good in foundation. She was so helpful and kind. Thank you Ariel for giving me back some confidence when I was feeling defeated!
