Ron Shorts was absolutely amazing and so helpful the entire process of my new home build. I pulled him in pretty last minute due to a rapidly evolving timeline and he was gracious enough from the get go to jump in head first. This is my first house and with my parents living in a different state he was quick to offer help if I needed it or someone to attend my walkthroughs with me. Ron was always communicative, offered advice based on his extensive knowledge, and very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend him and can't thank him enough for everything he did for me!

We were lucky enough to work with Lori Musial with Russell Real Estate Services to sell our home and we could not recommend her more. She is the most kind-hearted, hard working, and professional Realtor to work with. From our first interaction, she was responsive and always did what she said she would do. She took her time with us to answer questions (and we sure had a lot of them). We never felt rushed throughout the entire interaction. While she is one of the nicest people ever, she made sure to share the honest truth, even if it wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear.
We had met with several other realtors prior to finding Lori, and she was the only one to provide realistic recommendations to improve our home so that we could get a larger profit. She was even willing to help us clean right before listing photos were taken.
She handled a couple of difficult situations for us without hesitation to keep things as smooth as possible. We really were lucky to work with her. She made this experience as easy as could be and her hard work paid off! Out of all of the realtors out there, she really sets herself apart and goes above and beyond. 100% recommend!

We are so grateful to Paul. He was very knowledgeable and always willing to meet up to view multiple houses. Even waaaay out in amish country. (Sorry Paul) He answered all our questions and made the our 1st time buying a house easier. Thank you so much!! :)
