The folks working here are ready to help in anyway the moment you walk in... but give you your space and privacy to look around. I have never seen such a large selection of router bits in one location... not just a few of the most commonly used, but everything produced by a few of the major makers. Even though they seem to be a specialty shop, their prices basically match what you will find online or in the big box stores.

Basically not a rockler store, they are a partner store and won't take anything back from another rockler store or online even though they are listed as rockler everywhere. Went an hour out of my way for nothing sadly.

I recently bought a scroll saw but haven't found any local stores with a good selection of saw blades, I'm forced to order blades online. My main complaint with Rockler is they don't distribute their catalogs. I've order their catalog online a number of times over the years, they acknowledge receipt of the request and process it, but never send it. My current Rockler catalog is Fall, 2003. I prefer shopping at the local store but will shop online if not stocked. However, if I don't know what they offer via catalog, I won't shop at Rockler.

I work around the corner from this True Value, I stopped in one Friday evening to get fuses for my fuse box, did not know which to get , the gentleman that waited on me was very kind and courteous, he was working alone and took the time to explain the type of fuse I needed , even though he was working alone he did not rush me and he made sure I understood exactly what I was purchasing...I will always go back there...thanks keep up the good work!!!
