The experience of buying a mattress here is unparalleled! Liz was very thorough in making sure we found the best mattress for our health/sleep issues and we couldn’t be happier! We chose the Blu Sleep mattress. It felt like clouds with no pressure points and it was a bargain compared to others we tried at other dealers. Liz encouraged us to spend extra time testing the mattresses a second time after we narrowed it down, to make sure we had the right one, and it made all the difference. Some mattresses felt great at first but started to create pressure points the longer we were on them. We left knowing that we made the right choice! We highly recommend!

I really didn't want to buy a new mattress. It's an annoying process that involves laying in a bunch of beds for 5 mins trying to guess if you'll get a good night's sleep while fighting off the sales guy that just wants to close the deal. So I did my research and landed on a Helix bed, but the only local place that sold it is rock and roll city.I almost just ordered online but noticed that they had it for a couple hundred dollars cheaper in store so I stopped in and was greeted by Joey Sr. We chatted for a while and at no point did he sell me on anything. He did recommend stopping at the Cleveland location to try out the three different tiers side by side, so I did. Met the younger Joey and had another good low pressure conversation. We settled on a price and I was on my way!The whole experience was about as good as you can ask for when it comes to mattress shopping. I got the mattress I was looking for, supported a local business and saved some money. We did have a little snag post sale and Joey was quick to resolve it.

Excellent Service! Liz takes the time to find the right mattress for you and is very accommodating. We shopped at many stores to find the perfect bed, and appreciated the laid back atmosphere (no pun intended). We greatly appreciated the transparency to find what benefited us the most vs following internet trends, reviews, and bed company marketing. Thank You So Much Liz!

Awesome service! We visited both stores and same quality service.Patient, kind and knowledgeable.Delivery was on time. No hassle and no mess. Our mattress looks and feels great so far. We've had our split flex head king size mattress sets with vibrating modes for about 6 1/2 months and I love it, puts me to sleep like a baby, lol. The pillows are so comfy and so far keeps great shape❣️ Liz and Joey really helped me and my husband through the mattress selection process and delivery while we were deep in the process of updating our bedroom. The sheets fit perfectly and comfortable as well? Hopefully, they'll have black colored sheets soon. ?Thank you!

The sales rep was very knowledgeable about most mattresses on the market, I learned a lot. Quality unique finds here too. The mattress we wanted came in 3 days! Delivery was quick and smooth as well.

I just left the Strongsville location with a brand new mattress. Liz was extremely helpful. I am a side sleeper and she made sure I got the right mattress for that. Based off of the buying experience, I definitely recommend going here! I have high hopes the mattress I selected is just as good!

We just purchased a blu sleep mattress with an adjustable frame. Liz was fantastic to work with and we just got the best nights sleep that we’ve ever had! We were able to move our delivery date up and they had it set up and ready to go for us within an hour. Highly recommend rock & roll city for your next mattress purchase!!!

We bought our mattress (blu sleep) back in the summer but our bedroom furniture hadn’t come in yet. When Joey called about delivery, I asked him if it would be okay to deliver the mattress whenever our furniture arrived. He was kind enough to store my mattress for a few months. Before delivery, we ended up changing our order a bit and Joey was very accommodating to our needs. Delivery was seamless and we love our new mattress/pillows. The staff at the store was very helpful and friendly!

I dealt exclusively with Liz, we sat for at least a half an hour whilst she drank her first cup of coffee of the day. The purchasing experience could not have been smoother or easier, she knew exactly what model of mattress I needed and simply explained why I needed said mattress. I will recommend anyone I know to see Liz at the Strongsville location.
