It was finally time to purchase another pair of work boots after my current pair began to wear out. I had a good experience when purchasing my last pair of redwings which lasted me years and wanted to return again to this same location. They still hold up their high standards I remembered them for. Tyler was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with helping me find the perfect pair for me. 10/10 I will always recommend redwing to anyone for their great products alone but the customer service is always above and beyond. I appreciate this greatly as I’m also in a service industry. Most places are never this friendly nowadays so it’s great to have these types of experiences.

15/10 service, Mike was exceptional and patient while I tried on 3 different types of boots. Good prices with great quality. Will be back again!

Top-notch service. Salesman was super friendly and very helpful. I never felt pressured and was allowed to make an informed decision. Will def shop at this location again!

First time buying boots here. Max was friendly and extremely helpful! :) They didn’t have my size at the Great Northern location so he was able to hold them for me at the Strongsville location. He was also very patient with me in answering all my questions about shoe inserts. Great experience and I love my boots!

Stopped in the store today to return some defective boots upon arriving at the store. I was told to leave by young man. I was also told. I am not allowed to purchase boots at all from any of the three franchised redwing stores. They said that I returned too many boots. And that there, manager or corporate manager stated that they are not allowed to sell me any boots anymore. I am not allowed to shop at their store. The only Boots that I returned are boots that are defective. Most of them had leaking water issues The 2 employees at this store. We're very unprofessional. One had a very nasty attitude. I did ask both employees for their name. And they refused to give me their name. And they also refused to give me their manager's name. They just continued to tell me to leave the store.

This place is fantastic! The boots are excellent, and I was helped every step of the way in finding the perfect pair. Mike Busch, the store manager, helped me out and was incredibly kind and patient the whole time. If you're looking for boots, this is the place!

I went into this store very exciting to drop a pretty penny on a pair of my first redwings ever. The female associate gave me a loggermax 4417(insulated model) in a 10.5size. When I told the associate “this is way way too tight” I was given a size 11 in a 4420 (the non insulated version) I asked “are these the same model??” And was given “no but the sizing “should” be the same” given they literally work at the store I took her word for it.. I was wrong in doing so. Within 2 hours of my shift i had retightened the boots so many times and eventually was completely maxed out on the tightness up the hook, i could feel my heel moving up and down in the back of the boot as well. So then I proceeded to WASTE my FIRST and ONLY 30 day comfort garuntee fixing the store associates mistake of giving me the wrong size (which I don’t feel is right AT ALL) and then when going to apply my second set of tuff toe there must’ve been a huge air bubble half way down the tube because the first boot is phenomenal, the second boot didn’t cure AT ALL… Long story short I will not be returning to THIS specific store “. He boots receive a 10 ⭐️ the customer service from redwing (30 day) awesome idea and it saved me. But it shouldn’t have needed to.. not like this

They make the best work boot.However the salesman Mike was awful. I’m paying $300 for a pair of boots and he wouldn’t even lace the boot for me try on. So I had to lace them myself. I would understand if it was a full house and busy but I was the only one there. I also asked if he would lace the boots and put the flags on he looked at me and ignored that I said anything. He then gave me a bottle opener keychain. Cool thanks buddy because that’s doing me a service. But he did try to upsell me on socks and checked me out at the register. So I guess he sort of did his job?

Red Wing make one of THE BEST boots around. I love my boots from there so much I have three of the same Boot in different colors and another Set of heavy duty boots too. They are made in the USA which is perfect. The quality is some of the best. Also, they hold up so well.In addition, this Strongsville location is great. The workers are very helpful. They go above and beyond when they don't have the boot in stock to get some asap. They are good with calling and updating about orders. I highly recommend buying something from Red Wing
